Introduction: Mir Computer World Ltd. (MCW), a local computer sales and servicing center, was established in the year 1980 at Rajshahi Metropolitan City. From 1981, MCW started its commercial operation to assemble brand and economy non-brand, both personal and official computer for higher and middle class consumer. It also markets other computer peripherals and necessary software.

Problem: MCW fail to earn targeted profit and return on investment.

Purpose: Increase sales volume and market share by providing better customer service. Moreover, make long run targeted profit by selling computer at more competitive price.

Justification: (SWOT Analysis):

a)  Strength: There are three branches of MCW at Shaheb Bazar, New Market and Upashahor. It has skilled marketing men, strong advertising budget, and friendly relationships with customer. 

b) Weaknesses: Due to increasing competition profits down to marginal. It often depends on commercial bank for necessary finance. Delivery of products also depends on suppliers relationships. 

c) Opportunity: MCW have goodwill and well corporate relationships, which will help us to sale more official computer. It also offers economy PC for students and middle class.

d) Threat: Government tax and VAT also minimize profit. Cell computer is the market leader and   MCW is growing as a challenger. 

Virus attack, physical damage and innovation of new technology make this more challenging.

Methodology of the study: I collect data from data from Rajshahi city and Rajshahi University area taking total 100 customers and user of computer. They response sampling method was taken random basis. Questioner also made for collecting primary data. Secondary data collected from Economic Survey Report, Statistical Year Book etc. 

Work Plan: According to customer response and increasing competition, I propose for take following steps for increase profit.

1.    Friendly consult with customers and configure computer according to their need and purpose.

2.    Deliver the product as early as possible when customer wants it.

3.    Increase sales volume by making per head less profit but make total profit more.

4.    Our skilled technical person will provide home/office service as emergency. 

5.    We will serve one-year full replacement warranty and immediately backup the damage parts. We will provide two-year free service.

6.    We provide latest software, which make computing safe, easy, fast and reliable.

7.    We serve corporate consulting and design computer with network facilities.

8.    We always try to sale all latest peripherals like, Pen drive, TV card, Modem, Land card, Web camera, Printer, Scanner etc.

9.    We will advertise in latest way through internet, tale marketing, mobile phone etc.  

Conclusion and Recommendation: Form the above discussion and analysis of collected data; we can clearly realize company has to do everything for provide more customer satisfaction than other competitor. To make long run profit and increase market share I propose to do all work plan carefully and sincerely. To read customers ever changing motive, perception, need etc I also propose arrange fair, exhibition, survey etc.
